What Is the Partner Platform?
Since our inception, we’ve partnered closely with hundreds of resettlement agencies and non-profit organizations in vulnerable communities across the US. We have had a front row seat to the incredible work they do and have constantly pursued better ways of supporting this work.
After carefully analyzing in-depth surveys of all our partners, we launched the Partner Platform in 2020 to better assist our partners in serving their communities and local companies.
At it’s core, the Partner Platform exists to allow NGOs the ability to extend staffing services to the local companies they already work with. Amplio will provide the back-office services of workers comp and payroll management while non-profits providing employment services can continue recruiting and placing talent with local companies. Instead of offering employment services for free, through the Partner Platform, Amplio will split the profits earned with the NGO so they can generate a new source of funding from the private sector in addition to state and federal grants. Beyond securing a new, consistent funding stream, the Partner Platform also positions non-profits to provide greater protection for employees as well as obtain a stronger relationship with local companies and easily access reporting for state and federal grants.
We built this platform to create as much benefit for our non-profit partners as possible and can’t wait to work alongside you more strategically to serve our communities and local companies.
