Our story
Amplio was founded by Chris Chancey in 2014 in Clarkson, GA, a place nicknamed “the Ellis Island of the South” for being one of the most diverse areas in the US. Chris recognized the great talent the refugee community possessed, and had a vision to help refugees put their skills to use in their community while also matching companies with great employees. Since that time, Amplio has helped over 40K refugees get placed into jobs from more than 40 nations. We have also helped over 500 companies hire refugees to meet their staffing needs.
Amplio is the refugee recruiting division of Tru Recruiting , a global full-service staffing group offering direct hire, RPO, consulting and contract-to-hire staffing solutions to clients like Accenture, EY, Sysco Foods, Chick-fil-A and more.
