• Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related
  • equipment.
  • Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisions
  • Supervise maintenance work as needed
  • Complete work orders for service call requests by tenants
  • Perform daily inspections of all building systems
  • Respond to tenant complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems
  • Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Provide information for budget preparation


Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Card
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Advanced knowledge of EMS systems
  • Greater CFC Universal Certificate
  • Mathematical and reasoning skills and abilities - advanced
  • Microsoft office programs - basic
