 Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related
equipment.
 Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisions
 Supervise maintenance work as needed
 complete work orders for service call requests by tenants
 Perform daily inspections of all building systems
 Respond to tenant complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems
 Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed
 Maintain supply inventory
 Provide information for budget preparation


Requirements

 High School diploma or GED
 4 years of related experience
 Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Card
 Strong mechanical aptitude
 Advanced knowledge of EMS systems
 Greater CFC Universal Certificate
 Mathematical and reasoning skills and abilities - advanced
 Microsoft office programs - basic
