Who We Are
Amplio Recruiting is staffing companies with the talented refugee workforce.
We take pride in providing top notch employees to companies across the U.S. and London, specializing in construction staffing, manufacturing staffing, and hospitality staffing. While other staffing agencies are sourcing talent from the same labor pool, we’re the only agency connecting you with the legal and motivated refugee workforce.
We work with the most fluent and well educated members of the refugee community to bring dependability and efficiency to your company. When refugees find employment, they are loyal and committed, meaning companies will see a dramatic decrease in turnover. A decrease in turnover becomes a drastic savings in hiring and training costs.
At Amplio, we diligently strive to ensure that all employees are qualified and experienced to exceed your company expectations. Drug tests and background checks are completed on each applicant to provide you with a drug-free and e-verified workforce. Additionally, reliable transportation and English fluency are a must.
We’ll take on all the risk of hiring employees and provide you with the best available talent on the market. We look forward to serving you and helping your company become more profitable and efficient.

Clients We’ve Worked With
“The team members from Amplio, that have worked alongside us at Turner Field, are some of the hardest working and respectful men we’ve had the pleasure of working with. I appreciate Chris and his staff for everything they do.” – Kelvin Allen, General Manager, BCJ Sports & Entertainment Services, LLC
“It’s been such a relief to see a group come together with such different cultural backgrounds and have tremendous success. The refugees I’ve met in our office have such a desire to work and provide for their families, and I’m so glad we get to play a small part in that. We are hoping to help continue that growth from being a refugee to becoming a striving citizen. Without the help of Amplio, we truly would not have our fantastic and dynamic team. – Beth Claterbaugh / HR with Mr. Mister
“Only 5 months after we opened our doors, we met Kutaiba & Omar, two fluent English speaking Iraqis from Baghdad. We trained them and they have been with us ever since. These two guys are like family. We celebrated with them last year when they both became citizens. We rejoiced when Kutaiba made enough money to buy a house for his family. We learn from their culture and religion. We laugh, we fight, we grow together to make Urban Mattress a place where lives can find rest, sleep and transformation. They are Urban Mattress. I couldn’t imagine a company with out Kutaiba and Omar. They are awesome. -Steve Van Diest, Urban Mattress
Founder of Amplio Recruiting, Chris Chancey
Chris is a social entrepreneur and problem-solver. He was born in South Georgia and studied journalism and advertising at the University of Georgia. Chris earned his Masters degree in Business Stewardship from Denver Theological Seminary while serving as the general manager of a Chick-fil-A restaurant with $2.6M in annual sales from 2010-2012. The food service industry combined with the strong integrity of Chick-fil-A helped shaped Chris’ drive to use business as a force to make the world a better place.
Chris, along with his talented wife Sarah, of Chancey Charm Weddings, have started 10 businesses on their path to launching Amplio Recruiting. They have learned from each success and even more so from each failure.
In 2014, founder Chris Chancey visited the city of Clarkston, Georgia to learn more about the refugee resettlement process in America. Clarkston is one of the largest refugee resettlement communities in the country and has an unemployment rate over 50%. As a social entrepreneur, Chris saw an opportunity to employ these legal and diligent newcomers to the US and provide great impact for companies all over Atlanta.
The dream of staffing Atlanta companies with the talented refugee workforce became a quick reality in working with over 200 refugees throughout 2015 at several companies around Atlanta. By 2016, refugees placed by Amplio Recruiting were deeply engaged with products and services offered by Wal-Mart, Google, Tesla and dozens of others in Atlanta.
In 2017, Amplio Recruiting launched locations in Raleigh, North Carolina, Austin, Texas and Dallas, Texas, believing a great opportunity exists to serve companies and resettled refugees in those locations as well.
As the impact of Amplio Recruiting grows, Chris desires to leverage the business to generously support organizations serving refugees in the US as well as the ministry of HOPE International as they invest in the dreams of entrepreneurs in many of the places contributing to the growth of the refugee population.
Partner & Business Development Director, Luke Keller
Luke grew up in the Atlanta area and attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. After school, he worked in business development for Lauren Construction based in Texas. Luke then became the Executive Director of The Lantern Project in Clarkston training refugees in construction skills such as welding, pipe-fitting, electrical, masonry, and carpentry. Over 200 men have graduated the program since inception and have had an incredible impact on the Atlanta economy. Luke and his wife Mallory believe every refugee deserves an opportunity to provide for their family as well as bring tremendous value to local companies.
